Playa Langosta, Costa Rica
Lying on the Pacific Northwest Coast of Guanacaste, 10 minutes away from Tamarindo’s Domestic airport and less than an hour away from Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia, Playa Langosta is an exotic rocky shoreline with small pockets of sandy beach known for its amazing waves for both beginner and advanced surfers.
Near Las Baulas National Park, between October and March, it is possible to watch Leatherback turtles nesting in the area. This region is home to a number of endangered species, both terrestrial and marine, along with howler monkeys, giant iguanas, anteaters, green parakeets, and coatis who are also daily visitors.
